Essere travel blogger vuol dire avere la fortuna di poter girare il mondo lavorando. Niente di più bello!
E sia chiaro, non mi lamenterei mai dei traguardi raggiunti e delle soddisfazioni che ricevo ogni giorno facendo questo lavoro; ma ogni tanto, si sa, sale quel desiderio di godermi un po’ la mia casetta, accoccolarmi sul divano con un plaid sulle gambe, sorseggiare un tè caldo tra le braccia di Nicola e concedermi un po’ di relax guardandoci un bel filmetto.
Proprio per questo motivo, tra un viaggio e l’altro, mi dedico più che posso ad arredare casa, a renderla ogni giorno più bella e più accogliente, a personalizzarla, aggiungendo souvenir provenienti da varie parti del mondo.
Qualcosa di speciale
Quello che si percepisce varcando il nostro portone è proprio quell’amore smisurato per i viaggi.
Calamite sul frigo, soprammobili sulle mensole, vasi e ceramiche qui e là, fotografie sulle pareti: tutto collegato alle mete che abbiamo visitato in questi anni.
Ma c’era ancora qualcosa che mancava, quel pezzo forte che ci facesse dire “ora sì che è casa nostra!”

What you perceive as you walk through our door is that boundless love for travel.
Magnets on the fridge, knick-knacks on the shelves, vases and ceramics here and there, photographs on the walls: all linked to the destinations we have visited over the years.
But there was still something missing, that strong piece that made us say “now it’s our home!”
