Ma si sa, i viaggi non possono durare in eterno… E quando finiscono, la cosa più bella che si possa fare è fare ritorno al proprio nido, tra i nostri affetti e le nostre comodità.
Viaggiare è l’esperienza più bella che si possa fare ma come dare torto a chi dice che non c’è niente di più soddisfacente del tornare nella propria Home Sweet Home.
E allora, quando un viaggio sta per concludersi, la nostalgia per quel capitolo che si sta chiudendo poco a poco lascia spazio alla serenità e alla felicità di rimettere piede nella nostra dimora, tra quelle quattro pareti che tanto abbiamo desiderato, immaginato.

And then, when a trip is about to end, the nostalgia for that chapter that is closing little by little gives way to the serenity and happiness of setting foot in our home, among those four walls that we have so desired and imagined.

Una casa nuova è un luogo dove mettere quelle radici che ti permetteranno di creare ricordi indelebili.
Se poi è la prima, come per me e Nicola, tutto ha un gusto ancora più speciale!
Ogni cosa, ogni oggetto, ogni tassello piano piano va al suo posto per creare quel puzzle che avevamo tanto sognato.
Essere liberi di poter progettare, cambiare, modificare, decidere ogni cosa, per noi è stata la cosa più appagante.
Tutto così studiato nei minimi dettagli.
Essendo un appartamento in una palazzina di nuova costruzione, classe A4, saprete meglio di me che le nuove normative vigenti prevedono l’utilizzo di fonti rinnovabili che vanno, così, ad escludere il gas (p.s.: in questo particolare periodo storico è una manna dal cielo!).
Scordiamoci i fornelli con la fiamma viva, i riscaldamenti con i radiatori in ghisa, la caldaia a metano.
Ed ecco che si fanno avanti il riscaldamento a pavimento con pompa di calore e i radiatori elettrici.

Everything, every object, every piece slowly goes into place to create that puzzle we had so much dreamed of.
Being free to be able to design, change, modify, decide everything was the most satisfying thing for us.
All so studied in detail.
Being an apartment in a brand new building, class A4, you will know better than me that the new rules want the use of renewable sources which thus exclude gas (p.s .: in this particular historical period it is a godsend!).
Forget the stove top with the flame, the heating systems with cast iron radiators, the methane boiler.
And here comes underfloor heating with a heat pump and electric radiators.

For the master bathroom we have chosen the famous Novo, in the matt black color; it goes perfectly with the nuances of the room!
In the guest bathroom, on the other hand, Nicola and I were immediately in harmony in choosing the pink Vela Ral 3015.
Definitely the best solution to ensure that it blends with the “marine” furniture and the pink washbasin.
Both have electronics painted in the same color as the radiator and can be managed with the IRSAP NOW app directly from a smartphone or tablet.
